Refund & Return Policy

At Altitude, we take pride in the quality of our premium kitchenware and home organisation products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • All tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Hygiene & Safety: For certain items like cloth organisers or specific kitchen tools, returns may only be accepted if the product is in its original sealed packaging.

3. Damages and Issues (Quality Assurance)

Please inspect your order upon reception. Since we deal in borosilicate glassware and precision-etched items, please contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged during transit.
  • You receive the wrong item.

In case of transit damage, we may require clear photos or a short unboxing video to process your claim swiftly.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Customised or personalised products.
  • Items purchased during a “Final Sale” or “Clearance” event.
  • Gift cards.

5. The Process

  1. Initiate: Contact our support team at altitudewares@gmail.com with your Order ID.
  2. Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

6. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7-14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

8. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Wrong Items: Altitude will bear the full cost of return shipping.
  • Customer Preference (Change of Mind): Shipping costs for returning the item may be the responsibility of the customer.
