Welcome to Altitude – Above the Ordinary. We are committed to ensuring that our premium products—from borosilicate glassware to home organisation systems—reach you in perfect condition and in a timely manner. 

I. SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during new collection launches), shipments may be delayed by a few days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Usually delivered within 5-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Available for select pin codes with delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders above ₹999.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS containing your tracking number(s). The tracking ID will typically become active within 24 hours.

4. Fragile Packaging (Glassware & Premium Goods)

Items like our Altitude Borosilicate Containers are packed using multi-layered protective materials to prevent transit damage. We use specialised logistics partners experienced in handling fragile kitchenware.

5. International Shipping 

Currently, we ship within India. For international inquiries, please contact our support team.

II. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.
  • Unused and in its original premium packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Damages and Issues (The “Altitude” Quality Guarantee)

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (e.g., a cracked glass jar or a misprinted container), please contact us within 24-48 hours.

  • Note: For glass items, we may request a short unboxing video or photos of the damaged item and the shipping box to process a free replacement immediately.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Items missing original packaging or stitched handles (for cloth organizers).
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
  • Gift Cards.
5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved Refunds: Will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. 
  • Exchanges: The fastest way to get a different item is to return the current item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
